You can modify referral records that you enter on the Manage referrals window.
To edit a referral record
1. From Referrals, select Manage referrals.
2. Open a referral record.
3. Click Edit.
4. Make your changes.
5. Click Save.
To delete a referral record
Note: If you have already invoiced a referral, you are not able to edit the referral.
1. From Referrals, select Manage referrals.
2. Open a referral record.
3. Select the provider you want to remove.
4. Click Delete.
5. A message displays asking you to perform your deletion. Click Yes.
To mark a referral as a no show
Note: When you mark a referral record as a no show, the referral count for that provider automatically decreases, but you must manually adjust any orders or invoices.
1. From Referrals, select Manage referrals.
2. Click Find.
3. Find the referral.
4. Click OK.
5. Double-click the appropriate referral. The system returns you to Manage referrals window with the referral information populated.
6. Click Edit.
7. Select the provider.
8. Select the No Show option at the bottom of the screen.
